how many of you with aftermarket wheels leave them on all year round? *cold weather/snow drivers* i live in pittsburgh, so we get our fair share of snow, i'm thinking about just waiting til april or so to get wheels, but wanted feedback on why you change out if, at all?

WInter salt and sand tears up the alloy wheels and ruins the finish....... IF it is all that you can afford right now just, pay extra attention to spraying the debris off the wheels weekly or more.

I say this from the comfort of my living room looking out to thee snow, salt and sand on the main road....... I have steelies.

i use to live in pittsburgh in south hills area then moved back home last dec to hawaii but in my opinion nowing how the winters are there id put some snow tire on the stocks and throw those on during the winter i did that with my tc as when it got bad snow i didnt have any traction what so ever with my rims plus to you wouldnt want to slide into a curb and damage them rims now would you

yea, i think i'll stick with what i have til spring.....i want a good size wheel that looks good, but i won't have to replace tires every couple months due to potholes, etc. here in western pa. i think 17" would give me problems, so i'm leaning towards 16" thoughts?

Year round... then again we never get snow.. we are just the thunderstorm capital OF THE WORLDDDDDDDDDD

i feel you on that kinda of PITA in my opinionbut i would do anything to save my rims.then again thats why i moved back home so i dont have to worry about it
