2009 Yaris Bumper Guard

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the 2009 Yaris have a bumper guard that has the word "Yaris" incorporated into the design? If so, does the 2009 Vitz have the same with "Vitz" incorporated into the design? Can't seem to find the pics online.

If you look at the Toyota.jp website for Vitz, there are lots of crazy accessories. The site is hard to navigate through, unless you can read Japanese. I didn't run into the stick-on bumper protector, but did see a ton of accessories that have the Vitz branding (for example the cargo tray below).

No I don't, but I'm pretty sure it's that 3M weather-proof double-sided tape.

Thanks for the part number, I ordered one from Sparks as well as they have a much better price than my local Toyota dealer, even with shipping!

The odd thing is that I was just at a Toyota dealership yesterday looking at a 2009 4-door hatchbach and the bumper guard was not this one. I think they are still trying to get rid of the older versions...

from what I found out from Thomas was that the rear bumper version they have is a bit different (narrow vs wide), like your RS bumper would be different than mine. So yes, they do have one that would fit yours, but mine it would be too wide to fit. I could be wrong on what he stated, so maybe he'll chime in and correct me if I am wrong.

where u get teh gold emblem? and is the "toyota & Yaris" names in gold to.. if so can u get a part number? i saw 1 and only 1 yaris with the gold emblem package.. it was a sedan... cant find it anywhere would be loved much by me lol:biggrin:

It's not gold. It's silver. Lights in the garage make it look gold.
