I need to know if a 14 inch rim with 28mm offset would fit the front and the rear of the hatchback yaris with stock tires.
Thanks in advance.

offset has more to do with the width of the rim, than it does with the diamater, so what is the width of the rim you are wanting to use?

6.5 is the width.
Thank you for your assistance.

I can't say for sure, but I don't think so.
From what I was able to gather when researching for mine, you need an offset in the 35-45 range. Staying between 38 and 42 is best.
But don't take my word for it. I didn't order mine until the retailer guaranteed return shipping if they didn't fit.

It will work but look kind of lame... and make sure the wheels are actually 4x100 bolt pattern, since you perfrectly spelled out a 4x114.3 wheel.

Yes, it is a 4X100. If it does work and like you've mentioned "it might look kinda lame" what do you mean?
