Good Lord, I'm old, there are so many! I could probably list 100 songs in 100 seconds.
Here are just a couple I never get tired of hearing:
She's My Ex - ALL (best band no one's ever heard of)
Let's Go Crazy - The Clash (not Prince, although I like that one, too)
Hoover Dam- Sugar
Valerie - (the Amy Winehouse version)
Mo' Money, Mo' Problems - Puff Daddy
I could go on and on forever!

Well it's been ten years, and a thousand tears
And look at the mess I'm in-
A broken nose and a broken heart,
An empty bottle of gin
Well I sit and I pray
In my broken down Chevrolet-
While I'm singin' to myself
There's got to be another way
chorus:
Take away, take away
Take away this ball and chain
I'm lonely and I'm tired
And I can't take any more pain
Take away, take away
Never to return again
Take away, take away
Take away this ball and chain
Well I've searched and I've searched
To find the perfect life-
A brand new car and a brand new suit
I even got me a little wife-
But wherever I have gone
I was sure to find myself there-
You can run all your life
But not go anywhere
chorus:
Take away, take away
Take away this ball and chain
I'm sick and I'm tired
And I can't take any more pain
Take away, take away
Never to return again
Take away, take away
Take away this ball and chain
Well I'll pass the bar on the way
To my dingy hotel room-
I spent all my money
Been drinkin' since a half past noon-
I'll wake there in the mornin'
Or maybe in the county jail-
Times are hard getting harder
I'm born to lose and destined to fail-
chorus:
Take away, take away
Take away this ball and chain
I'm lonely and I'm tired
And I can't take any more pain
Take away, take away
Never to return again
Take away, take away
Take away this ball and chain

Damn you John, you took one of mine, lol
Well, then I'll have to go with this
Fav 50's - The Platters -- Smoke gets in your eyes and Twilight Time
Fav 60's - The Ventures -- Walk don't run and anything off of Ventures in Space
Fav 70's - Eagles -- Last Resort, Hotel California, Pretty Maids All In A Row
Fav 80's - Twisted Sister -- All of them (even though they formed in the 70's)
Beat Farmers -- All of them (same here)
Fav 90's - The Breeders -- Cannonball
Too many other great bands, one album that ranks up on my all time greatest would be The Crow soundtrack
Fav 00's - Chevelle -- Send the Pain Below. Other than that, music of today pretty much sucks

LOL, and I thought my taste in music was eclectic.
You got me beat, cuz the only thing I hate worse than modern 'country'
music is any jazz written after 1960...

I'm not too big on modern country-- pretty much the artists I mentioned and Tim McGraw are what I like. You should check out Alternative country- Lucinda Williams, Stone Coyotes, Webb Wilder, Hank III.
Jazz has taken a nose dive, especially since the antichrist-oh sorry, I meant Kenny G - but there are still a lot of great discs- Stanley Turrentine, Tom Scott (early), Miles (Bitches Brew and Sketches of Spain), and Harry Connick JR., the jazz stuff is awesome, the Sinatra stuff is ok.
I didn't even get to mention the Blues!!!!!

Sounds like you guys still have lots of vinyl and tape around, as I do, but most of mine is Classical; favourite is Greig, with Chopin close behind. I cannot believe how difficult it is to find anything by Leroy Anderson...
I still have a bunch of 45s around, my sister got all the 78s!
