So I'm at Barnes and Noble flipping through Performace Auto and Sound, and what do I see? A black yaris. The owners name was Laszlo Elo. Isn't ..or wasn't laszlo on here? There was a few things that confused me i nthe article..
1. It said he had the blitz SC...but with an NST Underdrive pulley. Why would someone do that when NST clearly states not to use that pulley with a SC as it will *DUH* underdrive it?
2. It also said he was running a 100 shot of NOS nitrous. Now from every discussion on here i've seen that people have only been running 30 shots, i think someone said they did a 50. But 100??
3. It also listed a 155whp estimate. At 125ish from the Blitz...would this "100" shot only produce 30 hp?
Finally, if he was on here or still is....there was a shout out list, with NO MENTION of YarisWorld
I'm so lost...

Yep, that's Laszlo's car. I believe it's been in other magazines as well.

he can have a 100 shot kit on his car, doesn't mean he uses the full shot. most are adjustable 25-50-100, etc

also, sadly shout-outs are about the sponsors and the sponsors are about making money...unfortunately YW does not provide or gain either of these

Thats what I was leaning towards as far as the nitrous. I don't really care too much about everything about the sponsors. Theres nothing that stopped him from adding YW at the end. I'm sure this site has done more for yaris modders than anyone else, it would have been appreciated i think. It also may have pulled in new members, which COULD mean more business for our sponsors.

I just thought maybe he should have brought YW into the light a little bit. But as for my other question, was the statement of him having the underdrive pulley a typo? did they mean the Lite pulley? because doesn't putting an underdrive pulley on a car thats Sc'd hinder performance?

I presume thats custom made then? That would clear a lot up.

I'm pretty sure Laszlo doesn't have the NST underdrive pulley. I would have been the one to provide it, and I didn't. His NOS will handle a 100-shot by swapping out the nozzles. I believe (could be wrong) he has 50-shot nozzles installed at this time.
As for missing a shoutout to YarisWorld, Laszlo isn't on here that much and is a seasoned veteran of the tuner/aftermarket car scene in his own right. I don't think any member is obligated to promote the site. (And yes, I'm one of the people who benefits from more members).

I didn't really mean obligated, I just thought it would be a cool thing to do really. I wasn't arguing that he didn't have the equipment he said I was just trying to clarify everything.
