Belta/Yaris Sedan compatibility

So if the Belta is JDM of the Yaris USDM then what would not be compatible and be able to swapped into the Yaris? I am wondering because I can't read Japanese and I have seen a bunch of highlights of the Belta that I would like to know if I can order for my S. I know that there might not be a lot out there yet on the B/Y however....damn it....I wanna know!:iono:

That is a very good question...probably aside from safety stuff and possibly emissions control stuff, I'm sure its similar, of course the Belta gets all these nice features I'm guessing it might be wired differently, and the driver is on the right side, but like you said as time goes on these things might reveal themselves...or not.:biggrin: :thumbsup:

Out of interest, what parts were you looking at putting on your USDM model? Left/Right hand drive may been an issue with interior/dash bits, but bodyparts would probably all bolt straight on.
