Starting Engine - Yaris Hatchback M/T

I have a new Yaris M/T since March 2008. I noticed there is a very strange noise when starting the engine (it's like starting a very old car, engine takes time to start 2-3sec). Sometimes it starts smoothly very quickly. But this abnormal sound worries me. Anyone getting strange noise when starting the engine??? My vehicle is only 7000km and starting to make abnormal noise. The clutch pedal also makes noise when fully pressed.

thats just the metals rubbing to each other b4 the oil gets there... definetely bad for the engine...but hey theres nothing else you can do..unless yo ucan shake you engine b4 you start it..hmm new product engine shaker.
