I don't know if this was lost or not, and I already tried searching for it. I remember seeing a bulletin notice form page thing on here from Toyota saying that it was okay to use 0w-20 in these cars. I want to get my oil changed by Toyota tomorrow and I was going to bring my own amsoil 0w-20 in with me for them to use. Can someone post that page up again (or link me to it?)
not the 0w-20 , only the 5w-20 , here it is www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=604802 , the part that concerns me a bit is where it states WARRANTY INFORMATION and says " NOT APPLICABLE UNDER WARRANTY " , that almost sounds like TOYOTA's not responsible for any damage that's inflicted during the the use of these oils . Makes me wonder if they did enough tests / studies of these oils in the NZ series engine and others .

well i'm just going to run 0w-20 in the winter and 5w-20 in the summer here. it gets so cold that i'm pretty sure any car can run 0w-20, especialy when its -40*degrees.

You'll be fine with a 0W-20, so long as your dealer will put it in for you...
