Veterans roll call! Who here has served? Please include dates and service...

As for myself, I was enlisted Air Force from 1981 until 1989, at which point I was commissioned. I continued on active duty until my retirement in 2006. Outside of the US, I served in Germany, the UK, Belgium, Slovakia, Bosnia and Afghanistan.

Thanks Mom and Dad for your service in the Army and Navy. Dad was Navy and a Vietnam Vet, and my Mom was a civilian admin to some of the finest Generals this country ever had

I enlisted in the Army to have an adventure and see the world after college. I saw S. Carolina, Georgia, Georgia, N. Carolina, Georgia, and Texas.

Serving in the Navy right now. Deploying in June-July... 7 months without YW?? Oh well...maybe thats money saved for a Blitz....

Still Serving, Texas Army national guard 4 years out of 6. But will be discharged due to injuries received,while doing my job working on trucks and a hummv wreck while training for Iraq. Still recovering.

It is nice to get some recogntion once in a while but i know thats not why any of us serve. Myself at least. God Bless America
