Want to spread a bit of good will and help out a service member?

The Holiday season is hard on all of the soldiers that are unable to get home. When you send out your Christmas cards (Holiday cards) why not send out just one extra one to a service member.

It is a great idea! My lodge is already doing this, but if a few people from YW could help make someone feel a little closer to home that would be great!

Thanks Bob for allowing to ride your thunder on this. Don't forget to check out www.asymca.org to help out our children of service members. Many children will be without their parents this year during the holidays. The wives/husbands of those soldiers are without eachother so do what you can by donating toys, and participate in the programs the ASYMCA has for them. Check there website for locations. I'll be helping our local VFW collect toys this year for the children of our soldiers. You can read more at www.vfw.org. Thanks again. Lets make this holiday season enjoyable for everyone.

When doing your Christmas cards this year, take one card and send it to this address.

If we pass this on and everyone sends one card, think of how many cards these wonderful special people who have sacrificed so much would get.
