I hit some HUGE piece of junk on the interstate yesterday.... :-(

Let's see:

1 Front Bumper $193.04
5 clips $4.15
1 Wheel Liner $71.32
tax $23.09

Total $291.60

Paint is gonna be ~$150 I imagine.

Fog Lights.....gotta go to E-Bay and get those ordered up....

That sucks. Put a post in the Want To Buy section. There are people here they may have a front bumper since they installed a body kit.........

Your right I doubt that would buff out.

Hey .. he's not the only one lol ... I tried to avoid one myself but still magaged to clip it. Fortunately it cracked the hubcap and left some gashed in the driver side bottom. Not exposing metal either thank god so no rust. Nothing that a side skirt can't cover up.

Someone should have one in the For Sale section. Could have been worse you know.

This is my story and I'm stickin to it!

I work 100 miles from home 9 day's a month.
Work starts at 06:00 - which means I'm on the road at 03:30 and it's dark all the way there this time of the year.
Changing lanes on I5 and after checking the right rear to make sure it's open....looked up as I started to move over and BLAMO - met HUGE piece of crap on road.
Lucky the airbag(s) didn't go off.......wait.....does this econobox even have airbag's

I didn't stop to pick up the peices.....supa glu won't work :-)
I did take the hub cap off the other tire on the bad side - now it's kinda "Ying/Yang"ish

Remindes me of the time I was looking at 4 or 5 emergency vehicles on the other side of the highway. When I got my eyes back on the road there was a poodle in my headlights. At 60 mph I had no choice but to pancake poor fido. The next day when I checked the under carriage of my 73 Camaro I noticed patches of fur stuck to various frame parts.

Sorry about your accident. It sucks when a car gets damaged so early in it's life.

Wow, I'm sorry about what happened. $225-338 for only painting the front bumper. Geez. I had a whole car done once for that much.
