rev limiter

I understand that the car redlines at 6800....but at what rpm does it actually hit the rev limiter where you get the bouncy effect on the engine? Is it at the redline? At my honda i redline at abouit 6500 but can go up to 7500 til it hits the rev limiter

The red line in the Yaris is at 6,400 not 6800.

And you hit the limiter really soon after that.. probably 6600-6800rpm

yup sure do
