Excellent find, TinyGiant! I am getting close to buying a similar carpc, but this one got me real interested. Some questions:

Does this come with OBD-II functionality included?
How about a rear backup camera?
What GPS units is it compatible with?

I've seen these on ebay in the past but never knew anyone that would take the chance on them. These units look like they're the next wave (hopefully) in DVD units. The UI's on most major brands are just awful looking. Never made sense to me. If you could dig up some sound specs on them, that'd be rad. Something to DEFINITELY save up for.

i found a nice remedy for a peeve i have with my new HU

it is great for responsive ipod control but it doesnt charge the ipod as it plays..
so i ordered a dock off ebay that has the 30pin port, mini usb and a/v 3.5mm port.. so now i can throw the AUX into the HU, Power the unit off a 12v mini usb adapter and control the ipod through the head unit.. and now the ipod is mounted below the console with the screen backlit all the time so i have track display and such :)

really happy now :)

My ebay antenna noise filter should be here in a day or so to hook up and clean that up.. then it will be perfect !
