My buddy just asked me if I want his snow tires and wheels of his Civic, I guess he just sold it. They are 185/70/14. My car is lowered on df210's, Do you guys think these will fit?

With stock suspension, they's be fine. Too tall for DF's.

They won't fit, or they will rub like crazy?
He's giving them to me free, and I'll probably only have them on for a couple of weeks at most.

what wheels are you putting them on? stockers? if so you will rub the inner fender BAD, if you are even able to drive it

No they are on some aftermarket wheels. Modern or some crappy brand.

I put them on my car, they rub just a tad on big dips.
