FYI unfortunately, it'll NOT fit the sedan. I let Tanabe knew about it since eversince I posted about the exhaust, 4 out of 5 inquired are sedan owners.

I just installed one of these two nights ago, fit and sound are both nice.

This has to be the easiest install EVER! :tongue: It's only two bolts and two hangers...

In a perfect world, the exhaust tip would stick out a little furthere... probably due to the US rear bumper prodruding further, but that is just being extra picky. I'll probably upgrade to JDM aero anyway so it will work out.

Sound is really nice, VERY Quiet which is OK for now. It'll probably get louder when I complete the rest of the exhaust.

Just wondering if this is a straight through exhaust or a chambered exhaust? I just put a magnaflow on my yaris and it's way too loud for my taste. :frown: Guy at the shop said it wouldn't be that loud but I guess I should have asked him what he was comparing it to.

Take a closer look at the pics, and you'll see that it's a N1 straight through design.

Yes it'll be quite loud, but not as bad as the Magnaflow.

I didn't like the sound of it even though it looks real sharp.

Consider the TRD Vitz RS JDM High Response Muffler Ver. S or the Fujitsubo Wagolis if noise is an issue.

Yeah, I never thought I'd say this but, noise is an issue. The magnaflow just resonates way too much inside the car. I should have gone with the TRD. Now I have a 2" pipe from the cat back and would have to have a coupler put on to do the TRD. I might try dynamat. I'll start another thread on that.:iono:

Might want to try the Tanabe Medalion Concept G axle back exhaust. IMO i think it's better than this one. the touring is alright but the way it sits on the Yarii looks somewhat funky.

Hehe somewhat does. But yea i guess to each his own eh? I prefer the canister look rather than the tube then canister look. and tanabe is a really nice exhaust brand. I somewhat wish I saw the Blitz exhaust before I got the Tanabe one. Burnt tip really gets me...along with the fact that is has blue = fav color LOL =P
