i took my boss to the airport yesterday and drove his BMW 750 back, that car has more bells and whistles than any car i have ever driven and it's got some serious acceleration but frankly i would rather have my little yaris than pay what he paid for that car.
by the way he also has a couple of ferrari's and a ford GT40, i have driven the GT40 and that car is unfukin unbelievable:eyebulge:

If I could afford all the associated costs and maintenance I would not turn one down. So, are you going to mention to your boss how it has a slight high speed shimmy or how long it took to vacuum out the deer hair from the trunk! LOL

I drove the GT40 a few times and it's a fun car. Get the tires warm.....
The same day I was in my friends GT, I drove his 760Li home....nice machine but again....unless you are filthy rich (which he is but I am not) it's totally impractical especially when you consider the final price tag.

More like a mooring block. No way I would pull that up and take it to the next anchorage. Leave it lie with a buoy on it..

My step dad had a 1993 Z-28 Camaro, with all sorts of power, and Z rated tires. It was sweet. He also had a 1978 Malibu Classic. He stripped all the outer metal off and replaced it with plastic. He put a 350 in it and bored it out. It had 2x 550 CFM ABF Carters on it. It also had a 6:71 blower on it. It had a HUGE spark plug voltage capacitor on it. It had a 4 gear Rock Crusher Hurst. It had a 4 core coolant radiator. It had a twin oil filtration system off the engine. It had the biggest set of headers I have ever seen. It did the 1/4 mile in under 9 secs. He never let me even SIT in the drivers seat. But he could do 50 MPH down the road, and in 3rd gear he could slam on the gas and spin the rear tires witout accelerating the car at all. It was rated at somewhere over 800HP on the rear tires. It was a pretty basic car on the inside though. I think it had power windows, but that was about it. He mounted a CD player under the dash, but there was so much feedback from the engine, it was 50% static whine, and the rest was unheard because the engine was so danged loud. Not as flashy as a GT to look at, but it rumbled like no other. It was audible from over a mile when he slammed on the gas. He had hobiest plates on it, but the cops still gave him hell for it. He won a LOT of car shows in it. But, I will never have one, because it is WAY too much money. Not as much as a GT I am sure, but there was over 50 grand in the engine alone. I don't have pics anymore, otherwise I would post them. Oh well. Back to my current car...

Each to his own I suppose.
I've worked about that too but I've still got the Zoom-Zoom in me. Some kids never grow up I suppose. :iono:
