Homemade Short Shifter Not Short Throw kit

Whats up guys it feels to finally get back on ... i got the idea a few days ago to mod the stock shifter and make it shorter so i cut and welded it back together looks pretty good havent go to try it out my car was blocked in the driveway (felt lazy and tired from work to unblock it lol) but here is a few pics
