underdrive pulley actually adds HP to the wheels AND lets the engine rev up quicker due to the light weight. lightweight pulley only does the latter.
richard holdener shows about 3whp peak from the UD pulley

Ya that shows the 3whp gain for the UD pulley but no test was done with the lite crank. Though I may still upgrade in the future I am not in a hurry to now.

OEM sized, lightweight pulleys don't add horsepower, they merely allow the engine to rev more freely...
similar to lightweight crank pulleys:
Lucky for me, I have access to all my dyno results since I have my own Dynojet. This allows me to do some serious dyno testing and find answers to all kinds of unimportant (except to me) questions. In our testing, we have yet to see any gains offered by light-weight flywheels on the chassis dyno, but the difference is noticeable behind the wheel. This does not necessarily translate into faster acceleration times or more power, but it does improve engine response (something very evident when matching revs while performing a downshift on a road-race course).

well i know they'll make one for you if you send them a reference to work off of. I dont know if they're going to mass produce it. Probably not, not too much of a market, just a handful of S/C'ed Yarii. Would be cool though, especially with their quality.

Is NST going to make a higher boost pulley for the blitz SC in the future?
