Hey everyone,

As most of you know my wife and I will be in Anaheim, California between Jan 09 2009 and Jan 26 2009. As it's getting close to visiting time i'm going to ask you all suggestions for a meet and greet.

What would you all like to do as a group? I won't have a car while i'm over so a lift or having the meet close to Disneyland would be best.

Here's a few suggestions:-

Go to a La Lakers game
BBQ
Shoot some 8 ball
Bingo (If anyone knows of any, let me know)
A day at Disneyland (I have a 14 day pass)
A day at knotts berry farm
A day at universal studios
Half a day at a firing range

Anyone else have any suggestions? We need to organise this so the most people available to turn up can. What is best for everyone? Fri, Sat, Sun?

Start posting peoples. Only 18 sleeps till I visit.

We went to universal studios last time. It was awesome then, that was before the fire! I'm looking forward to seeing the simpsons ride. We already have purchased a tour to Universal Studios on a coach. Is your store down that way Garm?

Hopefully there is no bad weather while you are here cause the range I go to is outdoors. It's cheap and we can shoot anything we want and my friends have a lot of different guns that most people in CA would not be able to get their hands on.

Yes, they do have Bingo next door to HGC. It's not a far drive from Anaheim either. I've never played though...

I'm down to meet up pretty much anywhere, shooting range sound good. I probably won't make it to Universal, but I could meet up before/after by Garms shop.

Had a very good time at shooting range with Tony (Mad Dog) tonight. Also got to meet Matt (DarthBauer) at the range although he was done for the night with a gun malfunction.

Tony, it was a pleasure meeting you and your lovely wife. I'm sure you'll enjoy meeting the others later this week. If I'm ever in a bad neighborhood, I will gladly hand you my gun and let you be the protection. I cannot believe this was only your second time at the range. Too bad Australia is so restrictive. After all, we're only poking holes in paper. Right mate?

I had a blast........ literally. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you publically for driving 55 miles in very heavy traffic, out of your way, to come and take me to a firing range.

Your Blitz supercharger is way cool and makes your car more responsive and faster. I had a great time on the range. It was also great to meet another YarisWorld member darthbauer.
