Thought this would be interesting to post here.
Didn't know HKS made other stuff for Yarii, other than a muffler.

That's a turbo timer, it leaves the car on for a short period of time when you pull out your keys to give it some time for the car to cool down.

it's actually time for the oil in the turbo to cool down, minimizes oil pressure in there, maximizing turbo lifetime.

a good alarm will have a turbo timer built in :D

If your car is tuned correctly.. you don't need that thing from post #1.
A turbo timer is only really needed for non water cooled turbos.

can't hurt for that extra life expectancy..
and remember, most aftermarket turbos are NOT twin cooled..

I agree. Driving the car gingerly for the last few minutes of your drive will do the same thing... for free.

not driving the car at all will do away with the need for a turbo kit as well..
