Misaligned Rear Bumper

After logging 23,000 KM...

I was just driving home when i heard a "POP" sound
When i checked my rear bumper was misaligned by a little (less than an inch) :frown: My car key can now be inserted in the small gap between the rear light and the bumper (rear passenger side only)

will this have any bad affect to the car's performance/maintenance?

where can i find the clips?
ive checked under the car and there seems to be lots of metal that needs to be removed before accessing the bumper :frown:
