Well it's pothole season again in old DC (rough roads are a norm here, but now, yipes! caution to anybody going to the inauguration). After a few rough pothole incidences recently I can say my LB has a tough (relatively) suspension!

My last Toyota was a half ton pick-up (pre-Takoma era) I had for years and was indestructible. I have been impressed with the Yaris as it sure seems fairly solid for a car these days. Still drives and brakes real strait. Had my Yaris 6 mos. and can't find anything wrong other than a rattle in the dash when the car is cold on sub-freezing days. One problem, my blue-book value has dropped precipitously as gas prices have dropped. (come on OPEC, get your stuff together! How 'bout an oil embargo? :bonk:)

Anybody have impressions on our (stock) suspension durability?

I wish the stock spings were stiffer and less giving.
