Bayou Blue paint code

Hello everyone,

Was wondering is there a difference between Bayou Blue Metallic, and Bayou Blue Pearl? I am looking for the paint color code for Bayou Blue Metallic but, only found 8T1 for Bayou Blue Pearl. Are they one in the same, or different. I think the pearl one is lighter so I am trying to make sure.

I would ask a body shop. I think they are the same color.

On most cars the paint code for the car is on a sticker usually in the drivers side door jamb.
My Canadian car is listed as Pacific Blue does any one know if thats the same color as the American Bayou Blue?

lol...didja try contacting toyota of canada? or maybe your dealer has someone in the parts/sercice dept. that would know?

I live in Orlando not Canada but yeah I checked the code on the window sticker and it matches the same as Bayou Blue Pearl, It is 8T1/18. Looked around more and found that Bayou Blue Pearl was renamed as Bayou Blue Metallic for '09 models. So, essentially it is the same paint/paint code.
