engine modify Yaris D-4D

This is the diesel engine for yaris. 1.4 90hp and 190 torque. I am from turkey. and i think this engine for europe. but in turkey yaris hasn't got 1.5 engine, only 1.3 and 1.0 and also diesel engine. Diesel engines are better than 1.3 and 1.0. my yaris 0-62mph: 10.7 but 1.3 89hp: 11,5. and i want to more perfonmance. is there anybody to help me?

and also it isthe same engine in used for corolla diesel for europe.

well mini cooper is going to use the same engines for the mini cooper diesel, so if they can turbo charge theirs it wouldn't take much of a guess that it can be done on the yaris as well.

All diesel engines are turbo's nowadays.

uraz, do you know what the engine code is for the 1.4L D-4D? You mention the D-4D is in the Corolla as well? Is it only a 1.4L as well? Does this mean the engine code IS "D-4D" ?

Engine code is 1.4 D-4D diesel. In turkey corolla D-4D diesel is the same engine with the Yaris. I think corolla has two diesel engines. but one comes turkey. In europe corolla has 2.0lt diesel engine.

I belive that neither TTE or TRD offer any perfomance chip for the Diesel as of yet. Hopefully its on their agenda.

but you know there are lots of companies that produce chip or power box for diesel engines. do you know how it effect to the engine? And is there anybody to take a chip or power box?
