paint looks like it was chipped off from the tire mounter.....not sure why the wheel weights are on the outside lip of the rim.....and 2 different tires?

Also make sure the tires don't have cracks/are cracking from being in storage.

Actually i found some 17s that are perfect condition with new tires for only 500 on craigs list. Same exact rim. Im going to take a look at them tomorrow -=)
