What would I need in order to get DRLs working on my Yari? I have tried the parking lights thing but it dims my dash way too much. Any suggestions? Can I just buy the relay module and is it an easy install? Or is there complex wiring involved?
Thanks!

I think its just plug and play with the relay.

So where can I obtain this relay? Is anyone who removed the DRLs willing to give it to me? I'll pay shipping, or if someone is in the Orlando area that would be great.
Thanks!

can't you adjust how your display looks when your parking lights are on? i can turn mine on to look as bright as they do when my lights arent on....

I have the little dial all the way up and since I do live in the Sunshine State  the illumination is just not enough like I have to force my eyes to see it clearly.

Thanks yeah never would have thought to click it further.

So The DRLs would be parking or normal beams?

lol...easier than installing DRL's
drl's come on as low beams, but they dont run at full intensity....so theyre dimmer
why do you want drl's so bad anyways?

Yeah much easier.
As for reason, my godfather wanted me to have them for safety I guess?
Thanks again!

imo, drl's are over rated.
as long as you turn on your headlights when its foggy/rainy/snowy or at dusk/dawn, youll be ok
drl's dont give you tail lights either
just need common sense, not drls
(btw, that common sense thing isnt a dig on you....but lots of ppl out here think they have drl's so theyre ok....but i cant tell you how many time people SHOULD have their lights on in the fog and dark out here and dont because they can see because of the drl's being on...its sick

Well I am extra safe then cause I don't have real DRLs. Instead I'll have my low beams on and will build a habit to always turn them on. :)

I put them on my Yaris and like the look. I believe I have a pic in my garage section with them activated.
