Speakers make noise when engine is on

I can not find information on this here, maybe Im using wrong search phrases.

When my car starts, I hear a nigh ptches noise coming from all the speakers. When the engine stutters, I hear it, and when it revs louder or works harder, it gets louder.

This is getting on my nerves, and I need to fix this.

Im running
Kenwood 8019 HU
Kenwood speakers

Basically 2 serperate amps in the trunk, one for the bass, and a 4channel for the 4 other speakers in the cabin.

The HU has mean cables running to the back, which then feeds into the AMP, and then exit via audio cables to each individual speaker.

Since all speakers are having this issue, what can I do to fix this.

I have moved the speaker cables away from the main power line, but that doesn't seem to help much in my case.

I see this now, not exactly what I would have clicked on for that exact problem, but it is the same situation/problem either way.

bad ground... upgrade the connections/wires and make sure all connections are tight. You are hearing the alternator whine most likely.

Yes that sounds like its it.

As for as the other post goes, I do have the left side speaker cables running with the remote wire, and either way, it causes the right speakers to do the same.

I do not know how else to run the cables in the car and I really wish I could get rid of this noise, it would make me so much happier not to hear the constant whine when the engine is on.

Can anyone without the noise please provide me details or even pics of where they ran the different type of wires.

i hate the whine too.. i have a little ... this summer if i feel spendy i might dynamat the whole interior of the car.. while i have the interior out i might bother to rewire all the speakers and replace the stock ones.. idk yet ..lol thats a big project

Thats the problem, all the wires are good/new, I just don't know yet what is causing it.

I guess I have to start taking apart the car and seeing what cables causes the noise.

are you running a ground wire from the battery to your amp? body grounds are unreliable in my experience...i go overkill though...grounding kit under the hood of the car, cable from the battery to the trunk where the amps are, hooked to a post, post grounded in several places in the rear of the car...amps hooked to the post...no noise...overkill? yes. more work? yes. 2 years free of maintanence and alternator noise? yes.

Nope, just have them grounded to where the rear lights are grounded.

Remote wire runs from the harness under the steering wheel down the left side, along the left speaker cables, and then out the trunk and mixed with all the other cables. Its a mess I never fixed, but by moving the cables around it never helped, so I would assume its more of a grounding issue, or??? maybe the remote is sending the signal down the left side speakers then transfering it to all devices at the amp??

I really don't know what to say. I'm off from work the next 3 days, too bad today being a bit warmer its raining.

wait a sec...you have created your own custom sub enclosure, and yet you still have stock speakers?

I recommend taking out the stock speakers and punching holes in them with a pencil because of how CHEAP they are, and attaching new ones to an actual AMP!!! Oh yeah and a new Head Unit.

I will second that, and third that. That means you must do it as soon as you can.
