Some states don't need one on the front. AZ doesn't, but I don't know about TX.

Is that a clear plexi? Looks it to me. Not bad at all. WOnder if you can illuminate it if it is plexi?

I have one that says Vitz RS done with Vinyl. Use it at the car shows and a replica JDM plate in the front.
