That's not the 1,8. The 1,8 has an analogue speedo similar to the one you have in the US. The LCD dash shown in the vid is used on every other Yaris except for the 1,8 TS (as it's called here).

These are the controls for the automatic AC, standard on high-spec Yarii in the EU.

I can say with 100% certainty, that I'm 50% sure, that they will NEVER bring any fancy smancy stuff for the Yaris, ANYTIME soon.

Don't understand why we don't have that here. This is L.A. Our weather is warm more than half the year. For example, so far this week the temps have been above 80 F. BTW it's the middle of Winter. I just got home from work and had the AC blasting the whole time on the way

+1. The Bimmers, Benz's and Audi's etc. would be the one's who will get it first as usual. Then as it becomes less popular we'll eventually get ours years down the road, maybe...

if you want every thing and more in a small car then you should check out the volvo c30 that is a sweet ride :drool:(my next car). but we drive a yaris so all we can do is dream :wink:

Sweet ride! Now that's a hatchback...

Wish the Yaris was kinda designed like that. We're stuck with a short wheelbase with a higher roof clearance. IMO makes it look kinda silly in comparison to the Volvo. We'd have a just a little more backseat room too
