yeah, we all knew that (the progress through May was posted on here, but was that pre-hack?) He had problems with the AEM FI-C (different problems than I had, though) and blew up the car on the dyno. So, the kit wasn't released yet.

split second? i have a toyota and have no idea what that means lol. U figured it was pre hack. Just interesting that i randomly found that site while researching the ko3 turbo. Got a kick out of it.

i'll still maintain that my IHI VF39 is the perfect size for the 1NZFE :) full boost before 4000rpm, good boost before 3000.. and never ever runs out of air. i took an STI owner for a ride and he commented on how linear the powerband felt "as if it wasn't turbo at all" .. i know everyone is on the small turbo bandwagon but in reality with the proper manifold and piping you won't see any issues going with something as large as a VF39. i considered a K03 until i realized its limitations.. it's also quite bulky IMO
