i just switched over to 205/15/50 from stock
everytime i slowly come to a stop at a crowned intersection its seems like my steering wheel has a mind of its own. the stock wheels felt alot softer and more on control.

will the wider tider affect my suspension in the long run? should i switch to 195 or will 205's be ok.>? i wanna keep my rims what can do fix this?

btw im planning to lower around 1.5 inches later on. i suspect its gonna get worse.

I think he also means, what brand and model?

Also, I noticed the power steering can do some weird antics if the pavement is not so smooth, is that the case?

i found similar things on my XRS when i had 235 tires on it....it would track the grooves in the road a bit more....

youll be ok w/ 205's you just need to compensate more because of it when the road isnt so smooth

205mm tyres are a great fitment for our cars. No worries there. But, occasionally it's just the tyre's tread design that makes the car do squirrelly things. What tyres are you running?

Hi

When the tyres are wider and the profile is lower you will get a more direct feeling. Especially if it´s a very hard tire you are using. Did you try to squeez the tyres before they were mounted on the rims?
