^ I was wondering why he looked so familiar..hm..

why?

hope he figured out a way to earn lots of money, because he ain't spending time doing much else but working out. It is a pretty cool display of strength, but man, I'd hate to spend the time putting that much effort into it.

Hahah! I'm in my backyard right now, attempting to pull up and push up after pulling up... I swear he's not human.

why?

lol, he's human. Just spent more hours than you can think of training all the muscles you almost never use in normal day to day stuff.

That is very impressive indeed! Wouldn't want to armwrestle that guy. Could result in compound fractures.

Don't gymnists do stuff like this all the time?

thats insane.. I used to be able to do stuff like that, but nowhere near what he did range of motion-wise or with anywhere near that much stamina, thats hard sh*t

IF you look closely you'll see that he isn't well developed in the legs but has focused pretty intensively on his upper body. That has a lot to do with his success, he isn't toting around a lot of thigh and leg muscle. I would not be surprised if his bench press is astronomical for his weight.

Yeah, this is a lot of gymnastics stuff. I never did it but recognize the "flag", which is what he did on the fence and tree.

I respect his achievements because they did take a lot of hard work.

This is somewhat more practical superhuman effort... but I still think that flag was cool.

In the second match the Gracie person has a eighty four pound weight disadvantage.

I am skeptical of the statistic "seventy five percent of all fights go to the ground" but I think that the Gracies have a good system. They have my respect.
