going from yaris to vitz.... HOW??

well i recently discovered that the yaris in other countries is currently known as the vitz, crazy huh? Im gonna replace the emblems on the car from the yaris to toyota vitz but the only thing im having trouble with is where to buy them online. whent to a-jracing.com but there is no pop up of some soart to buy the product.:tongue: where can i buy them? for cheap if possible....

The HB is known as the Vitz in Japan, was designed in Europe, and is distributed by Toyota's Netz division. The sedan is known as the Belta in Japan and as the Vios in most export markets. The sedan was designed in Japan and is not distributed by Netz. The two cars are quite different vehicles and except for chasis and powertrain actually share very few components in common. Why Toyota introduced both cars as Yarises in some offshore markets is a real mystery.

If you want to rebadge your Yaris sedan, then you can choose Belta or Vios. Some yarisworld members have done a nice job of rebadging. The front and rear Toyota emblems remain, but you'll need to remove the Toyota and Yaris lettering from the trunk and install the name you choose on the left side of the lid.

I would suggest you contact yarisworld member, caliyaris, before anyone else. He will be able to help you out.

if you have a sedan, you really shouldn't rebadge it as a Vitz. Most people who don't have Yaris' might not know the diff but it would seem tacky for people that know imo. But again, this is just my opinion and everyone's free to do what they want with their own cars regardless of what other people think.

The sedan in Japan would either be sold as a "vios" or "belta" so just pick which ever name sounds cooler to you . From what I read the sedan was never sold under the "netz" line of cars so it has the standard toyota logos on the front and rear hince why there is no logos for sale for the sedan. If you really like the look of the logos they will fit , but you'll get mad flack/shit talkers for putting them on so please don't lol . Imo the sedans look pretty killer just lowered on some teins , belta rear logo , eyelids , the front grille microimageonline.com sells, some nices rims and call it a day :wink:

I think this one http://shop.microimageonline.com/product.sc?categoryId=5&productId=14 I know it says Netz but I've only ever seen that emblem and the sombrero on toyota's. Personally I'd stick to the sombrero cause I've heard that from far away the Netz emblem looks like a Hyundai :laugh:.
