I have a short throw shifter, and a weighted classic shift knob in gun metal.
Both are brand new in box (BNIB). I ordered this end of november, but decided not to install. Looking to get what i paid $215 which includes shipping and all canadian conversion charges by paypal.
Pics are on their website, TWM sent them shrink wrapped, so check the website out to see what they look like.

would you sell just the knob seperately? why aren't you installing these?

I'd rather not separate, since they are packaged together. The person willing to buy the SS might not think it was new. Also, I'm really deciding to limit my modding on the yaris for now.
