Replacing driver side mirror?

So I wake up Saturday and find that some punks think it's funny to go out and smash the mirrors of people's car. f'ing @s$hol!es :thumbdown:
I only hope karma comes into play later on down the road.

Can anyone tell me how to remove the mirror to replace it? Do I have to take off the my door panels or can I access most of the stuff from the outside?

Any help would be appreciated :help:

it's the whole plastic housing and mirror. the only thing that i can still use is my blind spot mirror

In the future, try searching the site for what you need...the stock mirrors are held on by 3 nuts. Yes you will have to remove the door panel but its easy enough.
