i'm confused? well i'm only interested in the housing being painted and not the lens. I don't think the safety inspection process would go so well with the lens tinted. And i'm sure the cops down here won't like that either....

it just depends on how dark you want the headlights and how you want it to be painted...

btw ive also done emblems side markers if yo dont approve of my painting ability

what is the process you would do for the headlights? besides more coats to make the shade darker.

wet sand with 1000 grit, plastic adhesive promoter, candy black, then clear
