I had posted a story in Etimago's accident thread regarding my slipping on ice, falling and subsequently denting my rear quarter panel at the FWD section near the door. The sequence of events cause a 90 degree impact (knee cap to panel and direct palm impact above). I scheduled an appt with the dealership to have the dent magician remove the dents. I wanted to post that the removal was a complete success and the guy did a great job. There is absolutely no sign of the dents and the car look like new again! I would trust the PDR techs to do a good job after seeing this work out for me. Cheap as well....$130.

That's great! I dented the hatch of my car while I was pushing it out of a snow bank a couple weeks ago. I ended up using the super strong suction cup from my GPS to pop the dent out. I was thrilled with how well it worked; I cannot tell there was ever a dent there. I didn't have any creases, which cause problems with pulling dents out. Did RDR have to deal with any creases?

nope. Creases are tough and it's up to the technician but he may tell you that he won't promise perfection.

I just noticed my first tiny dent last weekend. Had to have been an open door in a parking lot a while back. You can't really see the dent in direct view, but it shows at an angle. It's not a big deal, but suctioning sounds like a good idea the next time I have a free minute. Thanks for the info, guys:smile:
