it plugs in the back of the toyota OEM stereo units in europe in the cd changer port and allows you to connect mp3 players, mini disc changers and ipods to the existing headunit. Oh and its 104 dollars beacsue europe isn't as cheap as the states

It is like the RB10 and RB20 for the Pioneer Premier line of H/Us....and like RossP stated....it is because it is in Europe, plus it connects to the OEM unit....always more expensive that way.
