SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE at 35 MPH and up. I mean take the wheel right out of your hands!!
Pulled over and look at the tires and then remembered the 18" of snow yesterday
Stopped at the DIY carwash and fixed the shake for $2.00 in about 5 minutes.
There was quite a build up of snow and ice behind 2 wheels.

Happened to me with the rear tires because of the cavity in the wheel wheels and fender. One big block of ice on both sides. Felt as if I was driving with the emergancy brake on.
that'll do it . . Annoying , some reason the YARIS is more prone than other cars we've had . Why ? :iono: . Do you ? I don't .

yea happens here too, usually i hear a grind when turning the wheel, so i have to go out and chip the ice off in the wheel wells
noticed dirt , mud like to collect on inner rims as well . What's up with that ? Static electricity ?

it does happen to alot of cars, some are more sensitive than the others. When i had the echo, i could feel the vibrations of the hubcaps on my steering wheel.
on another note, my dad's maxima is even worse, but nothing on my sister's camry.
happened to me for the first time today too! it was in the rear and only above 40mph.

My VW Fox used to do this with the Audi rims on it. Never with the steelies. Maybe the steels were just so fugly the snow didn't want to stick to 'em

Probably because most of us have after market wheel/tire combos that are wider than stock. My wheel wells fill with snow really quick and there isn't any room for it to leave with the car lowered.
