Question about fogs

Does anyone know how to enable the fogs to turn on with the parking lights? They just shine when the low beams are on. Just wonderin if it is a possibility to re-wire it to turn on with both.

Your Yaris must've come with the foglights already on, I installed mine and they are set up to run with just the parking lights or even the high beams. Look for the instructions for installation and maybe you can figure out what is different to allow that to occur...

Yes it is possable , but may not be legal in your state.
to turn them on with park lights on
you need to take the signal from the park lights rather than low beam.
and to let them stay on with hi beam you need to remove the high beam signal wire from back of relay.:thumbsup:

i wonder if the wiring diagram for the headlights are around on thomas' website. I figured that i would disconnect the orange wire from my DRL module and tap it to the park light's ground, then my fogs would turn on when the parking lights are on.

i wonder if anyone would explain the wiring digram that i have... pm me your email address.
