Blacked out vitz verD grille/Cf netz logo/Nst tow hook pics

Hey all ,
Changed the look of the front of the car a little today . I painted the vitz ver.D grille matt black , changed the front netz logo to a carbonfiber netz logo , and twisted in my gold Nst tow hook .

I like it better. How would it look of you painted the bottom grill slates the same flat/matte black as the top grill?

IMHO, the front looks too busy with that grill, but if you like it rock it!

KL:was thinking of the same thing but i think it won't make a lot of difference due to the embossed design of the top grille...maybe u could PS the bottom matte paint grille for him, KL!:biggrin:

I want to paint inbetween the upper and lower grilles matt black , also like you said the lower grille slats matt black too too .

You grill looks way better now that it's not chrome! You should get your headlights tinted like cali yaris does. he can have his guy do it for you. The orange reflector on the side makes it too busy now that you'll have your gold theme once your rims are done being painted to match.

It looks like a combination of 3 different shades of black
1. the carbon fibre....
2. the flat black grille
3. the shiny black paint on the car....

Not to forget the yellow fogs....

I have two patient care plans/write ups (each takes about 4-8 hours to do), so if no one has and he wants to see it, I'll mock it up tomorrow night. I had an 8-hour shift today, and a 12-hour shift tomorrow at the hospital, so I won't have time tonight.

I think that too, but since it has been painted already, I was trying to think of other ways to compliment/accentuate it. hehe.

I really like the look of the matt black , also if you look at the cf netz logo its cf and matt black so they match . I would paint it body color but I got a quote for 200 just to paint the grille . I plan on doing a full "rs" kit in the next couple of months so I'm not really tring to invest any more money on this grille .

Yeah , I 'm really feeling the Ps with my headlights yellow , it looks pretty cool . I would however hate driving at night with everything in front of me yellow all the time . I had a change of mind on the rims , I really dont want to drop 4 bills to powder coat them gold . I'm just gonna take off the trd stickers and polish the "face" of the lip for now .

Yeah , I've alway wanted a set of ssr rims. I really want to get a set of
15" , gold ssr type X rims with falken azenis tires. Yeah its been done to death in the Honda world , but i've never seen that set-up on a yaris.
