TIRE Replacement

Guys, i know nothing about wheels..

My stock tires are the 185/60/15 Yokohoma tires.

Can i change it with the ff sizes and still use the same stock rims?

195/60/15
205/55/15
Any 16" tires

Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages of tires above?

Also advantage of 205/55/15 compare to the other one is that it provides wider tire so better cornering, but losing a bit mpg.

195/60/15 narrower width so higher mpg but lose a bit of cornering ability, and 60 give you more rubber so it gives better comfort.
