But you would have to give up Yaris and have a custom made bus for all those car seats. You may want to mod the bus too.

Have never known of a sperm donor to have to pay support.
He may have legally signed off on those responsibilities.
I don't think sperm banks would survive otherwise, because most of the
men donate for the money paid to them.

Why is it that no one criticizes the doctor. The doctor is adding to the obsessive behavior of that demented woman.:iono:

New that, but the media who obviously knows who he is, seem to be
avoiding big exposure of the doctor.Their lawyers are probably worried that
the issue is more moral than legal. The whole thing is sick.
Meanwhile while mommy is is getting famous the hospital bills will soar into
the millions for NICU care. The public will pay once again.

this girl is a stupid whore,
she had 6 kids already before the 8.
All artificially inseminated.
she has been selling her eggs for years since her fallopian tubes are jacked up.
1 egg = about $10k
she lives with her parents.
she insisted that the doctor insert all the remainder of the frozen
eggs.
the doctors persisted to abort some of the eggs
and then later insisted that she abort a few of the fetal embryos
she refused again.
even her mom stated that "this is unfortunate" and "This is my mistake and now i have to live with it"
she is a nutcase and the Dr should be barred from practicing medicine, i'm at a loss for words here how can anyone be so fuckin selfish

I don't make this remark casually, but she could adopt some of them out.
When you consider Mormon families with over a dozen kids we're not talking something major, except the simultaneity of the act.

Well, its beyond a family thing. If you watch the video, she has no husband, lives with her parents, and no job that'll support 15.

But come on guys, she's going to support them all as a counselor...
But seriously, thousands of people all over the US have milked the system just like this for years, though maybe not to this extent. And now we have a president who's just going to poor more money into the very programs people like this are living off of. It seems odd to me that everyone is bitching about this almost immediatley after they elected a president who is the financial equivilent of a lottery jackpot for people just like Nadya Suleman. I guess you can't have your cake and eat it too...
Perhaps this should be turned into a conservative bitching thread. All the Liberals got what they wanted, and this will always be part of it...

OK, your scenario. She gets no aid from the government. Then what? 14 starving children on the streets of America, with a crazy mother. Great idea.
There are other ways to combat those who milk the system. She should be in jail for child endangerment. Those 14 children should be in a foster system that works... one without the overhead. Most of our government still runs on 70's-era paper trails. Regardless, you attack this with policy, not with a cold shoulder. You could apply that idea to most cases where the government provides aid to those who claim to need it.
The doctor should be prosecuted as well, if there is any precedent for it. I'm no law major.
And don't EVER forget, there ARE people that do NEED it. Cut disability from those with Autism? Not in my country.

Not a cold shoulder, ever... But exactly when have government policies worked? If you think Nadya Suleman is crazy, think again. She's college educated and smart enough to live off loop holes in government aide. She just got in over her head and now she can't back out and admit what she was doing, so she has pieced together some crap story that's makes no sense because it isn't even true. The fact is, people who work the system like this shouldn't even exist. It's the result of the government which hasn't run smoothly or effectivley in terms of aide to low income families for decades. You actually think it can? Once again, think again...
And of course there are people who need it, there always will be.
In the mean time I'm going to think about quitting my job and applying for unemployment, I heard it's easy to get these days. Why work hard only to have my taxes pay for crap like this. Why not sit back, pay no taxes, and let you support me too. :w00t:

sorry to burst your bubble but those children should have never come to be, none of them. Miracle of modern fucking science, good to an extent but everyone finds a way to abuse something good. There is no reason for the doctor to be persecuted. He did as the law and Unfortunately that is the way the law is; He did as the patient requested, he gave the medical advice as to her safety, if she refuses the doctors can't force her to get an abortion.
I am also tired of the government rewarding ignorance and stupidity. Law after law to protect the everyday moron that puts his foot into a woodchipper to unjam that stuck stump. Forced preservation of the weak and those who don't want to work only perpetuates the stupidity and ignorance. government likes its population, stupid, ignorant, and quiet; Smart people talk back and argue with its government.
If you believe the sense of morals that society has beaten into you then believe them. I personally do not simply accept "morality" based on what some dickhead with a psych degree decides is right or wrong. I think on my own and come to my own conclusions.

Um, you can't get unemployment for quitting a job. You usually (depending on the state) have to be fired or have picked up a health condition caused by the job, but you knew that, right?
sorry to burst your bubble but those children should have never come to be, none of them.
Thank you, captain obvious. If I referred to prosecuting the doctor, don't you think I thought the same thing?

Sure prosecute the doctor, but not to throw him in jail. Take him to court so that he can support those kids: he was willing to take the bucks for the procedure, let him take the responsibility for what he did. Please don't tell me that he didn't know the situation, that would be a flat-out lie.

This probably belongs in the joke thread, however,
The Back Pew
A pastor's wife was expecting a baby, so he stood before the congregation and asked for a raise. After much discussion, they passed a rule that whenever the preacher's family expanded, so would his paycheck.
After 6 children, this started to get expensive and the congregation decided to hold another meeting to discuss the preacher's expanding salary. A great deal of yelling and inner bickering ensued, as to how much the clergyman's additional children were costing the church, and how much more it could potentially cost.
After listening to them for about an hour, the pastor rose from his chair and spoke,
'Children are a gift from God, and we will take as many gifts as He gives us. Silence fell on the congregation.'
In the back pew, a little old lady struggled to stand, and finally said in her frail voice,
'Rain is also a gift from God, but when we get too much of it, we wear rubbers.'
The entire congregation said, 'Amen.'
