SEATS - KEY ISSUE

has anyone put in seat and able to still have the passenger air bag still work.
I've got it so the light goes out but when someone sits in the seat the light says AIRBAG OFF

that's because there is a pressure sensor in the stock seat. You'll have to figure out what resistor to wire into the wiring under the seat for the ECU to think there is someone sitting there. Even then, it would always be enabled, which is not the stock set up.

Anyone done this on the Yaris yet?

I have already taken all the 4 corner sensors off the bottom of the stock seat and put them on the new seat, at least when you do that the light doesn't stay on all the time. I took off the stock seat cushion and ran a metal detector over it to see if anything was mold in, didn't detect or feel anything

the sensor only changes with the the proper weight, the AIRBAG OFF is on when the sensor thinks there might be a child safety seat there. if you add more weight the light should change.
