Remove Door Panel - 2004 model

Hi. I have a dent on my 2004 (old model) yaris car door. I am wanting to remove the door panel to bang out the dent with a rubber mallet. I've searched the forum but can only find instructions for the newer models. Has anyone got any ideas how to do this?

it's pretty much the same instruction if you have manual windows.

if you have electric windows, then just unscrew all visible screws on the door, and pull..
