One more time, I have water and condensation in my tail lights on both side...Last year same time I had water (1/4 of an inche) of water in the bottom of both my tails and this year, I have water again! What a coincidence I have water damage on my house too!!!
Anyway, Dealership took a look at it this morning and found out that there was no rubber seal nor sealent between the 2 parts of the lights casing! He said he will order new ones and put a silicone beads around it to make sure. Waranty will be over in 12 months and I am not interested of paying for new tails next year!
And for the one who wonder what happen to the old talis..well they take it and send it back to the manufacturer :frown: I wanted them for testing a led tail I have in mind but for waranty purpose they need to ship them back
Anyone else have condensation in tails??

Nope, But, I did get a spider who somehow crawled into my taillight and died. Now I have a bug in my taillight and I have no way of taking it out. I would prefer the condensation.

My taillights are fine, but we have been getting lot of rain lately so I'll be sure to keep an eye on them. Thanks for the heads up:thumbsup:

I have one (passenger) that sometimes has some condensation/water in it. Weird it's only occassionally and not every time it rains.

Hi
No water in my taillights, but I also have a bug in the left taillight, just in the edge at the rear fender. I think it´s an ant.
Regards Steven.

Hi Guys/Gals ^-^
This is my first post on the forum, Im Ryan from South Africa BTW.
My left tail light also has issues, although not of the liquid kind.
The little orange "Sleeve" / "Condom" thing that goes over the indicator bulb has come off and sits inside the casing. So now I have 1 white indicator with an orange "spot" in it.
Looks crap so Im going to see the dealer on Saturday to see what can be done.
PS. Awsome Forum!!!

Ok I"ll tell you what to do grap a silicon tube a small one (I used my Hpi nitro fuel line) And a piece of construction tie wire (It's the one you can bend to any direction and it stay there and your vacuum... I placed the silicon tube inside the vacuum's duct and the wire inside the tube bended it to reach the bug Turned on the vacuum so the bug would stay attached to the tube with the suction and pulled it out.... Hope this helps it worked for me on my Headlight
