Hopefully some fellow Canadians will post up, I think any of the axlebacks will work fine on your car. Correct me if I'm wrong!

Try calling one of the local TRD dealers. They would surely advise if the part number for the TRD axle-back differs between LB models. The sedan version is definitely longer.
Area Toyota dealerships who handle TRD include:
Wietzes Toyota in Vaughan.
Erin Park Toyota in Mississauga (contact Mark at mark@ep-lexustoyota.com)
Dixie Toyota in Mississauga.

Hi
I have a 5 door too and I work at Toyota, so I checked it when I ordered my Tanabe exhaust in Europe.
The exhaust is the same on the 3 door and 5 door hatchback, that´s the same with the suspension.
Regards Steven.

Give member RaptorRacing a PM. See if he got anywhere with this axle-back he was fabricating. He's in Toronto.
And yes, there is no difference between 3 or 5dr models.
