Performance Camshafts

Does anyone have any advice or know of any performance camshafts to suit the 2NZ-FE with this also need information on aftermarket ECU to control the VVTI

i believe crane cams will do regrinds..

and the Power Enterprises CamCon has been used with mild success to control vvti IIRC
