That looks like a plain frame with a Yaris world sticker added. DIY project?

Yeah lol its a chrome license plate frame and then a smaller yarisworld sticker thanks to astroman

I guess i could post a diy to make them but its pretty self explanitory. Only suggestion is to sprinke a mild soapy water solution on the frame before you apply the sticker that way if you position it wrong you can remove it and get the best spot. And a credit card to squeege the water out and remove the bubbles in the sticker. let it dry for 30 minutes and remove the masking tape and wahala your one of a kind license plate frame.
