The bank FINALLY accepted my offer on this house. 3 car garage here I come haha! We've dealt with so much BS with the last house we were interested in, but this house makes the wait worth it.:headbang::drinking:

For me that was probably the biggest reason I was in love with this house, now I can change my oil and maintain my vehicles in a garage instead of my stupid parking spot in my apartments.

They're about the same size haha! The house is 1378 sq. ft. and is a pretty cool layout; everything is build around the fireplace. My wife and I don't have any kids so 3 bedrooms are more than enough. The house is in the area that I grew up so I know the neighborhood pretty well. To be honest for the last few years I didn't think I'd ever be able to afford a house, and we're very grateful that we're only going to be paying $300 more than we're paying for rent.
